The Australian Muscle Car Museum Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs the Muscle Car Museum at Shop 3/76 Bundall Road, Bundall QLD 4217, and this website, musclecarmuseum.com.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

  • Ticket and shop orders: your name, email address and order details. For merchandise orders that are posted, also your postal address and phone number.
  • Payments: card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Enquiries and group bookings: the details you enter in our contact or group booking forms, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation and visit details.
  • Website use: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how the site is used and how people find us, such as which advertisement led to a visit or purchase.

How we use it

  • To process your tickets and orders, and email you your tickets and receipts.
  • To check tickets at the door.
  • To reply to your enquiries and organise group visits.
  • To improve our website and measure our advertising.

We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the museum and this website (such as our payment provider, website host and email services), or where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely by us and our service providers. We keep order records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, and delete information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
